1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

  • Orders placed after business hours or during holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Express Delivery: Available for select pin codes (additional charges may apply).

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below this value or for Cash on Delivery (COD), a nominal delivery fee may be charged and shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, your order can be tracked using the tracking link shared via email or SMS.

  • If you face any tracking issues, our customer support team will gladly assist you.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in select locations across India.

  • Please ensure the complete and correct address and be available at the time of delivery.

  • Refusal or repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may result in suspension of COD services for your future orders.

6. International Shipping

  • At present, DIBILA ships only within India.

  • International shipping options will be introduced soon as we expand our logistics network.

7. Delays & Support

While we strive for timely delivery, certain unforeseen factors may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, our team will notify you proactively and ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
