  • For hygiene and safety reasons, personalized, custom-made, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Our team will review your request and share the return approval along with the return address details.

  3. Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be issued to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

  • Refund duration may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We are pleased to offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
If your desired replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thedibila.com, sharing relevant images or video proof.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund as per your preference.
